Connections

Schools
Farnham has a number of top-performing state schools, such as All Hallows Catholic, which came third in the Real Schools Guide 2016, points out Hewitt. Other acclaimed establishments: Weydon School, Frensham Heights and Rowledge Primary. “You have to pay £2 million for a house that’s walking distance to South Farnham, the best local school,” notes Harriss.
Property Prices
The average property in Farnham is £611,460, according to Zoopla. Prices are up 5% on the previous year, although the majority of houses sold last year were detached, says Hewitt, costing just shy of £800,000 on average.
